Welcome!

I have a strong feeling today that God wants to place you in this City. The Name of this City is YAHWEH-SHAMMAH. "The Lord Is There” (Ezekiel 48:35) If He is There, then when you call on Him, He shall come to your aid and help you. So pray. |

Matt 10:29 Jesus said: ...29 "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care..." Message: All your hair are counted and numbered. Though we have been unfaithful, God cares about us! He will do it. |

Encourage Yourself In God |
| Print | |
|
Often, we seek things where they shall not be found. We look for joy in the things around us. We do all we can to find peace. We tend to think that the physical things or the people around us can cause us to be filled with happiness. Suddenly, a new Ipad or Blackberry becomes our strong ally so much so that its health becomes hooked to ours. We have several examples in the Bible. David is your guy. Sometimes we feel threatened even by the people we trust. Many times by our own circumstances. 1 Sam 30:6 I urge you: Encourage yourself in the Lord. |

The Prince Is Coming |
| Print | |
|
The prince is coming. We watched his beautiful marriage to his bride. We still keep watching his every move. He is on the move to bring together the commonwealth of his father (or grand mother). He is doing all that has to be done to portray the kingdom. William and Kate; we love them. But they belong here on Earth. The King is Coming. The Prince of Peace. He Who endured it all, to save us, King Jesus. Though unable and will never attempt to pinpoint dates, as the Bible teaches, His arrival shall be like the thief. The encouragement in this is to be ready. As He prepares to arrive physically, in the spirit realm, He still fights for us. Await the Prince! Read Matt 24:44 |

God is seeking His friends. He desires to show Himself strong on their behalf. Get loyal to Him. 2 Chronicles 16:9 9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. |

"Is there any one out there I can show my goodness to?" Have you met this King who seeks even people who have been wicked to Him, to be good to them? The God of mercy is seeking to do good to you!! 2 Samuel 9:1-5David and Mephibosheth 1 David asked, “Is there anyone still left of the house of Saul to whom I can show kindness for Jonathan’s sake?” 2 Now there was a servant of Saul’s household named Ziba. They summoned him to appear before David, and the king said to him, “Are you Ziba?” “At your service,” he replied. 3 The king asked, “Is there no one still alive from the house of Saul to whom I can show God’s kindness?” Ziba answered the king, “There is still a son of Jonathan; he is lame in both feet.” 4 “Where is he?” the king asked. Ziba answered, “He is at the house of Makir son of Ammiel in Lo Debar.” 5 So King David had him brought from Lo Debar, from the house of Makir son of Ammiel. Read more verses and get the point. Want to Give Up: Your Choice? |
| Print | |
|
This is about not giving up: Don't even think of it. In the story below, can you see the man of God sitting down under the tree? Do not look anywhere any more! That is you!!! If you give up, even God cannot help you. When you get discouraged, you will have to recollect and stand up and move on. Do not give up. Elijah had to choose to eat and drink to be able to move on, so should you, don't give up. Giving up would be a bad choice. I would not recommend it for you, saint. 1Kings 19 1 And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword. 2 Then Jezebel send a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by to-morrow about this time. 3 And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beer-sheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there. 4 But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper-tree: and he requested for himself that he might die, and said, It is enough; now, O Jehovah, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers. 5 And he lay down and slept under a juniper-tree; and, behold, an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat. 6 And he looked, and, behold, there was at his head a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again. 7 And the angel of Jehovah came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat, because the journey is too great for thee. |

1 Chronicles 16:34 34O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever. I was over the waters yesterday in the afternoon for the first time in my life, in winter. As you see, I was not surfing nor kayaking. I was being driven over a frozen river. As I sat in the passenger's seat, I thought of nothing, except crossing to the other side of the river where the ferry has been parked for the winter. I came back through the same route and when I was in bed, I thought of my journey. I was over the frozen water on solid water ground. Something made me think a little while. There is still water under the solid ice that the truck we were in was travelling. In this water was fish, live fish. It was when I paused and thought that I remembered the goodness of God even to the fish. You see, He had only allowed some part of the water to freeze so that fish who are not hibernating would still live and swim and enjoy life. The Lord is good. His mercy endures from one period to another period. When there seem no way, He makes a way. He has made a way. He has made a way. Stop and reflect. He has made a way for you. |

Truth at the Well |

The woman was there. The Water was there. The Savior was there. The woman had gone to fetch the water repeatedly in her life. But when she met JESUS it was a different story. She met the TRUTH. HE whom the wise men sought. Fetch Your Savior. Drop the things that do not satisfy. I know, we need these things, but of UTMOST importance is Jesus. John 4:6-14 (King James Version) 6Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well: and it was about the sixth hour. 7There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink. 8(For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.) 9Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. 10Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 11The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water? 12Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? 13Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. |

A forbidden woman needed a miracle. By law, she was a criminal. She had violated the law. She was compelled by law to stay away from everyone until she was cleansed- perhaps for all those twelve years. She made her decision to go to He who would not look at her crime. She obtained help! Virtue, the essence of healing flowed from the garment of Jesus and caused her issue to cease. It takes such as Jesus to set us free. Seek Him. Leviticus 15:25 And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days out of the time of her separation, or if it run beyond the time of her separation; all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall be as the days of her separation: she shall be unclean. Matthew 9:20-23 (King James Version) 20And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: 21For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. 22But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour. |

A Syro-Phoenician Faith |

Mark 7:25-30 (King James Version) 25For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet: 26The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter. 27But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs. 28And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs. Unless we have the faith like that of this lady, many of our prayers shall take a NO for an answer. This lady did not take a no, even from the Saviour of mankind! 29And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter. 30And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed. |

I know you know: The Lord has a secret place. Yes the Most High does, and because you trust Him, there you shall dwell and abide. Let. I said LET, let His feathers and wings cover you. The Lord bless and keep you as you journey on to Him. ________________________________ Psalm 91 (King James Version)Psalm 91 1He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. 3Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. 4He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. 5Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; 6Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. 7A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. 8Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. 9Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; 10There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. 11For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. 12They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. 13Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. 14Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. 16With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. |

Prayer is Permission |
| Print | |
|
Dr Myles Munroe makes some incredible revelations about prayer which we should all strive to operate in. He lays the foundation of the fact that God has created you in His own image and likeness and ordained you to have dominion. That is what He did. He made you, and you do have d-o-m-i-n-i-o-n. You have it in your hand. Dominion over things created. Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Myles goes on to mention how God is purposeful and does not do anything illegal. How would He give you Dominion over the earth and still come and do what YOU have to do? He links this intricately with Christ having to come on Earth to become Jesus - one of us - in order to make things possible, God become man and living with us - one of us: Immanuel. As we keep sharing our hearts with you, we shall make this clearer. One most amazing thing that he mentions is that God is more willing to answer prayer than we want Him to. He says this, are you ready? Prayer is EARTHLY LICENSE FOR HEAVENLY INTERFERENCE. By our prayer, we give a Holy, willing, all powerful God the permission to do on earth what He has purposed to do in heaven in the "...Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven" Luke 11:2. Think about this. It will change your prayer life and expand your scope. I give God permission to bring to pass all the goodness of heaven in your life while you exercise your dominion on earth; wake up. Bless you! |

Answers withheld in the Heavenlies |
| Print | |
|
Did you realise how answers to prayer can be withheld in the heavenlies? What is the basis of this assertion? There are many spirits (of the angelic order) who are dispossessed of their heavenly dwelling and are hanging (almost) everywhere, seeking to thwart the ways of God Almighty. Rev 12: 7-9 7 "Then there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon and his angels. 8 And the dragon lost the battle, and he and his angels were forced out of heaven. 9 This great dragon—the ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, the one deceiving the whole world—was thrown down to the earth with all his angels". When Daniel devoted himself to fast and to pray, his answers, released by Almighty God were 'arrested', withheld for a spiritual time! Answers from God's throne can be blocked. Some underestimate this reality. Daniel 10:12-14: 12 Then he said, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer. 13 But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me, and I left him there with the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia. 14 Now I am here to explain what will happen to your people in the future, for this vision concerns a time yet to come.” I believe that as Daniel continued to humble himself and pray, help came. He had a breakthrough! You can also have this breakthrough as God sends Angels to help you while you pray. |

Rachel had everything that would make a successful lady. She was beautiful, she was loved by her husband. But the Bible says she was barren. She was unfruitful, she could not multiply. She sought the gift of children. In that, however, she sought one wrong place. She thought that type of endowment would come from her husband, a man. (Thank God, Jacob corrected that quickly). One of these days, soon, as you beseech God, He will open the door for you. Amen. Genesis 29:31 Now the LORD saw that Leah was unloved, and He opened her womb, but Rachel was barren. Genesis 30:1 Now when Rachel saw that she bore Jacob no children, she became jealous of her sister; and she said to Jacob, " Give me children, or else I die." Genesis 30:2 Then Jacob's anger burned against Rachel, and he said, "Am I in the place of God, who has withheld from you the fruit of the womb?" Genesis 30:22 (English Standard Version) 22Then God(A) remembered Rachel, and God listened to her and(B) opened her womb. ( R=remembered, L=listened, O= opened RLO).

Aaronic Privileges |

Do you have priestly Privileges? Numbers 12: 1-5, 9-10 1Then Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Cushite woman whom he had married (for he had married a (A)Cushite woman); 2(B)and they said, "Has the LORD indeed spoken only through Moses? Has He not spoken through us as well?" And the LORD heard it. 3(Now the man Moses was (C)very humble, more than any man who was on the face of the earth.) 4Suddenly the LORD said to Moses and Aaron and to Miriam, "You three come out to the tent of meeting." So the three of them came out. 5(D)Then the LORD came down in a pillar of cloud and stood at the doorway of the tent, and He called Aaron and Miriam. When they had both come forward, 9So the anger of the LORD burned against them and (K)He departed. 10But when the cloud had withdrawn from over the tent, behold, (L)Miriam was leprous, as (M)white as snow. As Aaron turned toward Miriam, behold, she was leprous. In verses 6-8 the Lord spoke angrily to them. Notice how the Lord went up after speaking! He left unceremoniusly. Many questions come to mind. Two people offend, why is one severely punished and the other untouched? Perhaps it is because one was a priest. Do priests have special "go-arounds", privileges? I do not know. Speak to God (pray), who knows, you may have the same exemptions. 1 Peter 2:9 But you are A CHOSEN RACE, A royal PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, A PEOPLE FOR God's OWN POSSESSION, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; |

Nothing shall be Impossible: Pray |
| Print | |
|
Your prayer shall be heard. Unite with someone, pray. You speak to a faithful God when you pray. Genesis 11:6 The LORD said, "If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Luke 18:27 Jesus replied, "What is impossible with men is possible with God." Luke 1:37 For nothing is impossible with God." Mark 10:27 Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God." Matthew 17:20 He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." Matthew 18:19 "Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. |
|
Dare to ask! It appears you have not yet asked, pardon my crude, blunt language. You have not asked. Jesus says in Matt 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. Take time to ask. Use all the special means available to you. Ask and ask again. Seek and Knock. A - S- K ask, seek, knock. Join your faith with my faith, let us together, ask. Do you notice the graduation in His instruction? He says ask (perhaps gently, first) if you are not given, then you will need to organise a 'search mission' to find it as you seek... but then what if you do not find it? Then the eventuality has come, begin to knock; knock until it is knocked down to its yield point. How about that? Too violent? Well, the bible has this to say in Matt 11:12: And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. Let us unite as we pray, like Jesus taught us: ASK. |

Have these thoughts in your mind as you pray. 2Chron 16: 9 9"For (H)the eyes of the LORD move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those (I)whose heart is completely His. You have acted foolishly in this. Isaiah 49:16 See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me. Jeremiah 31:3 The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness. Isaiah 43:4 Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give men in exchange for you, and people in exchange for your life. Ps 34:6 6This poor man cried, and (K)the LORD heard him And saved him out of all his troubles. John 3:16 16"For God so (A)loved the world, that He (B)gave His (C)only begotten Son, that whoever (D)believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. Bless you |

Abram and Isaac and parts of Jacob's life interest me a lot. Abram was too old to be reproductive, his wife was diagnosed unfruitful. Isaac's wife was unreproductive. Jacob was a very smart guy; but he loved a lady and worked so hard to pay off the lobola (dowry). But this lady joined the line of biblical people who were unfruitful. No doubt she was among the most beautiful of her time. But beauty does not avert unfruitfulness. |

Have Some Attitude When You Ask! |

The way English language is evolving makes it quite challenging for second language users. No matter what, we shall continue to use it with success!! For instance the word ''attitude'' may be used with a little bit of confusion. Suppose I point out to you that you have an attitude, will you still be my friend? Attitude should not always connote negativity. You need it in prayer. I went to dictionary.com for some help on this word: attitude noun | 1. | manner, disposition, feeling, position, etc., with regard to a person or thing; tendency or orientation, esp. of the mind: a negative attitude; group attitudes. |
| 2. | position or posture of the body appropriate to or expressive of an action, emotion, etc.: a threatening attitude; a relaxed attitude. |

Come to Bethlehem For Bread |

Bible-schooled people explain to us the meaning of Bethlehem. "House of bread".
No wonder the Saviour has this as His place de naissance! What does this food mean to your diet. I do not have the statistics, but I tend to believe that a good proportion of the Earth's inhabitants do eat or have adapted to eating bread, made of wheat, corn etc. Well, I want to gather the courage and let you understand, for some of you, you need not be told, because you know more; Jesus is the Bread you will find in Bethlehem. So when you come to Bethlehem, you can only buy Him and have your dinner of Him. Sure you heard it being sang in classical: "Panis Angelicus" , Bread of the angels. He is the sustainer of the Angels in Heaven and now the Father has given Him to us for our sustenance!! What a profound truth. Brother, get some of this Bread. I have got mine here!! Some Useful Reading for you sister: Psalm 78:25Men ate the bread of angels; he sent them all the food they could eat.
John 6:33 For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world."
John 6:41 At this the Jews began to grumble about him because he said, "I am the bread that came down from heaven."
John 6:50 But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which a man may eat and not die. John 6:51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world."

Settled Forever |

Let us settle this once and for all; look, He who knew no sin has died a death designed for sinners- for our sake. The simple deduction is that there therefore remains nothing that He will not do for you; you are His child. That is your position; and His word is settled forever in Heaven concerning this. [Psalm 119:89: For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven]. How about that? |

[ And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.]
See the wonderful things that happen concerning this river: Ezekiel 47:9 : Swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish, because this water flows there and makes the salt water fresh; so where the river flows everything will live. Could it be the same river which flows as a consequence of believing faith? John 7: 38 "He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, 'From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'" You could be a candidate today for a miracle from God, only believe. |

Unity in Prayer |

Uniting with someone in agreement with you over the things you are waiting for God to do is essential in prayer business. We encourage you to consider this principle very seriously today. You already notice that this verse in the Bible is of great significance: Matt 18:19 says again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Will you be willing to unite in prayer with us as we seek the face of God, together? |
