Rachel had everything that would make a successful lady.  She was beautiful, she was loved by her husband.  But the Bible says she was barren.  She was unfruitful, she could not multiply.  She sought the gift of children.  In that, however, she sought one wrong place.  She thought that type of endowment would come from her husband, a man.  (Thank God, Jacob corrected that quickly).  One of these days, soon, as you beseech God, He will open the door for you.  Amen.

Genesis 29:31
Now the LORD saw that Leah was unloved, and He opened her womb, but Rachel was barren.

Genesis 30:1

Now when Rachel saw that she bore Jacob no children, she became jealous of her sister; and she said to Jacob, " Give me children, or else I die."

Genesis 30:2
Then Jacob's anger burned against Rachel, and he said, "Am I in the place of God, who has withheld from you the fruit of the womb?"

Genesis 30:22 (English Standard Version)

22Then God(A) remembered Rachel, and God listened to her and(B) opened her womb.  ( R=remembered, L=listened, O= opened RLO).
